These include: a Driver’s License or Government ID Card, Social Security Card, and a recent Utility Bill to verify your current address. If you don’t have a Utility Bill, we can accept one of the following alternative documents as proof of address: - Bank Statement - Paystub - W-2 Form - Mobile Phone Bill - Rental Lease Agreement
