During the onboarding process, we ask for a few essential documents to help us effectively manage your dispute process. These include: a Driver’s License or Government ID Card, Social Security Card, and a recent Utility Bill to verify your current address.

If you don’t have a Utility Bill, we can accept one of the following alternative documents as proof of address:

  • Bank Statement
  • Paystub
  • W-2 Form
  • Mobile Phone Bill
  • Rental Lease Agreement
