I was charged after cancellation.

When canceling Smart Dispute’s services, please note that billing works similarly to a mobile phone plan. If you cancel mid-cycle, you may still be charged for services provided since your last payment.

For example, if your billing date is the 1st and you cancel on the 15th, a prorated charge for work completed up to that date may appear on your cancellation day or next billing cycle. We only bill for services already provided.
