When canceling Smart Dispute’s services, please note that our billing operates similarly to a mobile phone bill. If you choose to cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you may still be charged for services provided from your last payment up until the cancellation date.
For instance, if your billing date is the first of the month and you cancel on the 15th, you may be billed for the portion of the month during which services were rendered. This charge could appear either on the day you cancel or on your next billing date. Rest assured, you will only be charged for the services you received.
If you have any questions regarding a charge, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Client Support team. We’re here to assist you with any billing concerns.
