By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Fee for Chargebacks: Any chargeback initiated against Smart Dispute will be subject to a fee of $25 or the maximum amount permitted by law, to cover administrative and processing costs.
- Account Termination: In the event of a chargeback, Smart Dispute reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account and prohibit you from using our services in the future.
- Unrecognized Charges or Fraud Concerns: If you do not recognize a charge on your account or believe you may have been a victim of fraud, please contact our billing department immediately at billing@smartdispute.com so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
- Dispute Resolution: We encourage open communication and are happy to address any issues or misunderstandings regarding billing. Please contact us directly at billing@smartdispute.com to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.
